Refund and Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you (the buyer) receive them.
- We do not offer exchanges for products ordered by mistake. Instead, we will help you return the product and point you to the correct one.
- If an item is missing parts or incomplete, you must tell us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you got them.
- Products must be packed well to make sure they arrive in good, resaleable condition.
- The products must not be opened, used, worn, damaged, or marked.
- All parts, accessories, etc., included with the product must be returned.
- All returned products must have email confirmation from BETA Doors, allowing the return.
- If our item condition policy is not followed, you may not get a full refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is not our fault, we won’t repay any shipping costs.
- If BETA Doors made a mistake (like sending the wrong item), we’ll cover all shipping costs. No extra handling fees will be charged. In other cases, handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item was sent with free shipping, a 20% shipping fee will be taken from your refund.
- If you paid for shipping, we’ll refund the product cost, but not the original shipping fee.
- If a product is damaged during return due to bad packing, we may lower the refund. This will depend on the cost of fixing the product to make it fit for resale.
- By law: In Australia, you can get a refund if a product is faulty, not fit for its purpose, or doesn’t match the seller’s description. More information can be found here.
