3.2 Prices on the website may include delivery costs, unless otherwise specified. Delivery costs are detailed separately in the order.
3.3 By placing an order, you agree to the price listed on the website at the time of purchase. Any different prices you may have seen elsewhere are void.
4. Product Specifications
4.1 Product specifications may change without notice. However, once an order is accepted and a purchase contract is in place, the features and specifications will not be significantly altered.
4.2 Dimensions and weights and colours of products shown on the BETA Doors website are approximations.
5. Placing Orders
5.1 To place an order, follow the instructions provided on the BETA Doors website. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) specified in your order (referred to as the “Purchase Contract”).
5.2 BETA Doors operates primarily as an online business and communicates with customers via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide accurate contact details and monitor your email for communication.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order before dispatching the product(s).
5.4 If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email.
5.5 BETA Doors is not responsible for any rejected, delayed, or unaccepted orders due to internet connectivity issues.
5.6 If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control delay the performance of our obligations, we are not liable, and a reasonable extension of time may be granted.
5.7 If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you may incur additional delivery fees for redelivery.
6. Payment
6.1 You may provide your payment information during the ordering process.
6.2 Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
6.3 We may require additional information for fraud prevention. If you do not provide requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
6.4 If there is an error in the pricing of a product, we will contact you to confirm your choice to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
7. Delivery and Ownership of Goods
7.1 We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to shipping or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses due to delays.
7.2 The dispatch date provided is an estimate. If a product is delayed by more than a week, you will be notified, and you can cancel your order for a refund before dispatch.
7.3 Products will not be delivered to Parcel Lockers.
7.4 If you authorise delivery without a signature, the insurance coverage may become void.
7.5 Products are delivered during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
7.6 We are not responsible for coordinating specific delivery times; this is the responsibility of the customer.
7.7 We reserve the right not to deliver to remote areas.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
8.1 We address faulty or damaged products in accordance with warranty conditions and consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Refunds and Returns
9.1 The consumer guarantees outlined by law, including those under the Australian Consumer Law, are not limited by these Terms.
9.2 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
9.3 Refunds are only provided as allowed by law or our returns policy.
9.4 To initiate a return, contact us via email.
9.5 Products must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition unless there is a defect.
9.6 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise.
10. Warranties
10.1 Warranty periods are provided in the product listing or packaging, you can contact us via email if you are unsure about any products warranty.
10.2 We will offer spare parts as long as the manufacturer continues to supply them.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising, whether resulting from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or other causes. Our maximum aggregate liability for any supplied Product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall never exceed the amount payable by you to us for the relevant Product(s). It is clarified that this clause does not limit your ability to make claims available to you due to our failure to comply with guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property within any content on the Website is the exclusive property of BETA Doors . Without explicit authorisation, you are prohibited from reproducing, adapting, modifying, displaying, performing, or distributing any content or any portion thereof.
13. Privacy
By placing an Order or engaging in communication with BETA Doors, you provide consent for us to store, process, and utilise data collected from your Order for the purpose of Order processing. Furthermore, by placing an Order or contacting us, you agree to the usage of such data, excluding credit card details, to provide you with information about other Products or services that we believe may interest you. Upon written request, you can receive a copy of the data we hold about you; an administration fee might be charged for processing such requests. If any of the data held by us is inaccurate, we will rectify it upon your written request.
